2. Power of Attorney

We will prepare the required Powers of Attorney (POA)

  • Drafting the POA documents

  • Signature instructions

  • Authentication / apostille guidance (If client is not planning to visit Colombia)

  • Coordination of document shipment to Colombia (If client is not planning to visit Colombia)

3. Corporate structure design and legal drafting

We design and structure the company based on your objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Bylaws drafting

  • Share capital structure

  • Business activity definition

  • Appointment of legal representative

4. Registered office address

We offer a registered office address service that allows the company to be legally incorporated and registered before the authorities while the client arranges its own permanent business premises.

5. Official registration

We complete the formal registration before the competent authorities.​ This includes:​ chamber of commerce registration, tax authority registration (RUT) and corporate records setup

 

Once registration is completed, we deliver the full incorporation package to the client, including: certificate of incorporation, registered bylaws, tax ID and corporate books (if applicable)

6.  Extra service: Trust bank account opening process

We can initiate the Trust-type bank account opening process for foreign shareholders.​​

Legal fees starting at $600 USD

Government fees vary depending on the registered capital. For companies with low registered capital, you can expect government fees of approximately USD 400.

Our head office is located in Medellín, one block away from the Chamber of Commerce and the Tax Authority, in the El Poblado area.
